Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed daily, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EST) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

🇺🇸 United States: 3–7 business days

🌎 International Orders: 12–24 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions and discounted shipping rates on bundles or special offers.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order anytime through our “Track Your Order” page.


Delays & Exceptions

Please note that delivery times may be affected by high demand periods (sales, holidays), carrier delays, and customs processing (for international orders). We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors or your local carrier and contact us within 7 days of delivery status. We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.


International Shipping & Duties

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
